I am nationally certified in obstetrics. There's a, it's called the NCC. It's the National Certification Corporation and they certify nurses in different specialties. So I've been certified for about eight years in obstetrics. I handle all of the birth injury claims. So any person who's had a child with a birth related injury, I would talk to them about what happened during their pregnancy, the delivery, and how the child is doing to see if it's something we could assist with. My work entails taking calls from clients who call in from all over the United States with children who have been injured throughout the birth process. I also call people back if they need to speak at a different time or we make appointments to talk to people whenever's convenient for them. And I go through specific questions that the attorneys like to know to help them determine if we can move forward with a potential claim.
